Logan's leading visual art gallery presents a dynamic program of exhibitions, public programs and events, and is home to the Logan Art Collection. Acclaim Air Conditioning is the proud principle contractor for this project, design build and provided an advanced heating and air conditioning system.
- New retaining wall for plant deck including concreting
- 3 x Airchange Precise control air conditioning units
- 4 x Daikin VRV/VRF air conditioning systems
- Fantech Ventilation system
- Make safe and removal of redundant air conditioning systems.
- Duct cleaning of ducting proposed to be reused, by specialist duct cleaning
- The Building and installation of stainless steel MSSB and controls boards
- New BMCS system
- Patching, painting and finishing from the removal internal HVAC equipment
- New timber fencing enclosure for the pack units
